Refunds and Exchanges
Exchanges must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.
Merchandise must be received in "brand-new", sellable condition
in original packaging. Merchandise that has been worn/washed
will not be refunded or exchanged. Custom orders are non-refundable.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. A store credit
will be issued for balances left after the exchange. Refunds
must
be made within 14 days from the delivery date, excluding weekends
and holidays.

Shipping
Shipping charges are not included in the price of the equipment/uniforms.
In order to keep shipping costs down, we ship primarily through
the United States Post Office with Priority Mail, allowing us to deliver to PO Boxes and APOs. Shipping
prices are based on the combined weight of the items, this weight
and your zipcode are used to get the rate from USPS plus a $3.50
handling fee. Our minimum shipping rate is $8.60 which includes
a $1.80 "Signature Confirmation". Some items are available through
First Class Mail. Please Note: There may be
delays in shipping due to National Holidays.
We are a family run business and strive to process your orders
immediately. Below are some general guidelines
Custom Orders: Allow 10 - 14 business days plus shipping
Priority Mail: Is usually 2-3 business days for order processing
plus 2-3 business days for shipping
We do offer UPS shipping services as well. Processing an order is usually 2-3 business days, plus shipping time based on shipping method chosen
Out of Stock items
We do our best to only offer items that are currently in stock,
however, occasionally we may have items sold out before we can
update the listing. If an order is placed on an out of stock
item, we will do our best to fill your order through another
source, or find a comparable substitute. This can take some
extra time and you will be notified if we cannot take care of
it within our normal processing time, or if the item is no longer
available.
Taxes and Currency
Sales tax (6.50%) will be added for Illinois residents. All
prices on this website are in US Dollars. Please allow 2 weeks
to process your order when paying by check. Payment must be received before orders will be shipped out.
